Meat Processing Facilities

All recommended meat processing facilities are USDA Inspected. However, some meat processing facilities clear vacuum pack the meat and place the weight, date and name of the cut on the label while others wrap the processed meat in brown or white paper prior to freezing. Most require an appointment which could be a month or more out. So, if you are interested, we recommend you call the Processing Facility of your choice to discuss the processing cost as well as their schedule.
